Escents PH accepts the following payment methods (to be selected upon checkout):
We will reserve your order for 1-3 days. If payment is not made within that time frame (unless you message us in advance for special circumstances), we will automatically cancel the order once it is passed three days.
As soon as payment is confirmed, please allow up to one to two working days for processing & courier pick up.
We offer same day delivery options for Metro Manila areas via Grab Express, Lalamove or Mr. Speedy (farthest it can go is through Rizal and Alabang) by selecting that option upon check out.
We will email and text through mobile you also the rate for the shipping and confirm with you if it’s okay to send the item to you in advance; since rates will vary within Metro Manila, therefore, shipping fee for same day delivery will be paid for by the buyer once it reaches the area. This is to make sure that you receive your packages on time.
For provincial areas, regular shipping has been suspended temporarily so for provincial orders, please place them in Shopee at escentsph since shipping is cheaper.
*We only accept payments via bank deposit, fund transfer and Paypal for orders made in this site both for those ordering using Lalamove or Grab Express for Metro Manila areas and for those who opted for regular shipping. Orders made in this site do NOT accept Cash on Delivery as mode of payment.
For same day delivery , please do note that once the items are shipped out and the courier details and tracking are given,
it is the buyer’s responsibility to track the package and coordinate with the rider for the delivery and status.
Escents PH will not be liable for delayed or lost deliveries that were because of the regular shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery details and active contact no. for the rider,
A tracking URL from the courier will be provided as soon as the item has been scheduled for pickup.
An email and text will be sent out as soon as your parcel is in transit and when it's ready for delivery.

Escents PH will not be liable for any lost or delayed shipping once the parcel has been transferred to the courier.
We can try to help locate your item if in case it's past the delivery date, but we will not refund or replace lost items.
For damaged items, it will be a case to case basis that will be subjected for approval by management.
For real-time updates, please contact the respective courier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier and track his or her package once the tracking no. Is sent on the email.
